BlueJacket guarantees that every item on this website is truthfully described. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, please call us for a return authorization. If the item is returned in its original condition, within 30 days of purchase from us, you will receive a prompt, courteous replacement or refund. All kits returned to BlueJacket are subject to a 20% restocking fee, to cover our costs of inspection, repacking, and restocking. BlueJacket cannot accept returns, nor honor requests for “missing/broken” parts, for kits not purchased directly from us. In that event, please contact your vendor for their return policy. Kits with hulls that have been worked upon cannot be accepted for a refund. Cases, books, and tapes cannot be accepted for a refund.
