To order by postal mail, click on either the ‘Order by Check through Postal Mail’ button, fill out all necessary information, and then submit it. BlueJacket guarantees that every item on this website is truthfully described. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, please call us for a return authorization. If the item is returned in its original condition, within 30 days of purchase from us, you will receive a prompt, courteous replacement or refund. All kits returned to BlueJacket are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover our costs of inspection, repacking and restocking. Bluejacket cannot accept returns, nor honor requests for “missing/broken” parts, or for kits not purchased directly from us. In that event, please contact your vendor for their return policy.
